	How knowledgeable are our team? Our staff is filled with estheticians, hairstylists, and wellness experts. We are constantly striving to learn more about skincare, beauty trends, and new products. The Customer Care Department and Retail Team receive continuous training with our product lines. We aim to be Canada's Premier Beauty and Wellness expert, and believe knowledgably staff are key to achieving this goal. Unlike an impersonal corporation, we're a family. We believe the best business practices are to provide exceptional service, knowledgeable staff and, most of all, to listen to our customers.
			Name: Nancy Position: Founder & Owner of Spa Boutique Expertise: Being the owner of an award-winning day spa for many years, Nancy is very knowledgeable in skin care, cosmetics and spa management. She has a Canadian Esthetics Diploma as well as a Spa Director Diploma and she has just completed her MBA at Royal Roads University. Favourite product line: GM Collin Skin Care Favourite product: GM Collin Phyto Stem Cell+ Serum Interesting fact: Nancy's first business idea was to open a winery so now she enjoys visiting wine regions all around the world!
			Name: Deigh-Anna Position: Sales Manager Expertise: Deigh-Anna started her career in the beauty industry many years ago as a nail technician after graduating from Academy of Excellence. This opened up her eyes to the large spa industry and soon after she became interested in the behind-the-scenes part of the business and marketing. She has since taken various e-commerce and SEO classes at Langara College. She is also trained in the majority of the skin care and makeup lines we carry at Spa Boutique. 			Name: Natasha Position: Warehouse Manager Expertise: Natasha is a trained esthetician. She has also just completed her BCIT Marketing Management Certificate and is working towards her diploma in Business Commerce. 			Name: Leanne Position: HR Program Manager Expertise: Leanne started her carreer in the beauty industry with an esthetics certificate from the Blanche MacDonald Centre. She excelled as an esthetician before moving into spa and team management. Favourite product line: Guinot, B.Kamins and Comfort Zone Skin Care Favourite product: B. Kamins Renewal Serum Interesting fact: When Leanne is not working at Spa Boutique she is working at being the mom of two beautiful kids. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to travel and see the world.
			Name: John Position: Digital Sales & Marketing Director Expertise: John is an Internet Marketing Junkie. With over 10 years of Internet Marketing experience, from selling informational products, educating audiences in the thousands to managing muli-million dollar budgets he feels there is still much more to perfect and learn.

BBA in Marketing Management at Langara College. 			Name: Breanne Position: Social Media Coordinator Expertise: Passionate Writer. Notorious wordsmith. Breanne Interned with The Township of Langely, Mission Community Services, and Spartan's Athletics. Studied Communications at Trinity Western University with a focus on Media and Journalism. 			Name: Bentley Position: Unofficial Mascot Expertise: Bentley is a wonderful guard dog, although you would never know it since he spends most days sleeping and wandering around the office looking for cuddles. Favourite product line: None, Bentley hates having baths. Interesting fact: Bentley is only in the office part-time but he just loves being here with everybody!
