Discount Codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order.
Facebook coupons are limited to one use per customer.


Damaged Parcel or Defective Merchandise

We will replace any defective item as well as any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us.
Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials.
We will provide you with a postage-paid return label from our courier company.
We will not re-imburse shipping costs if sent without our return label.
*Any complaint regarding your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damage etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.


Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on nail polish, makeup, hair products, and all Pleasure, Health + Wellness and Family category products.
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Need to return a product? Download this return form and mail it back with your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order totalled more than $75.00CDN and we payed the shipping charge, that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount if the adjusted total of your order amounts to less than $75.00CAD.


Allergic Reaction


If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported within 48 hours of use.
We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed.
*A doctor's note and or photos may be required.
