Jane Iredale Handi Brush

A hand-tied goat hair brush for base, blush, bronzer and shimmer powders. Ultra-soft and high-quality. Applies Jane Iredale's Amazing Base, PurePressed Base and Blush colors with flawless ease. Hand-tied goat hairs pick up the perfect amount of product and distribute it simply and evenly. Its versatility and compact size make it ideal for use as your go-to brush.

Features: Our brushes have been designed to be as effective and gentle on the skin as possible. We have used only the best materials available. Unlike many brushes on the market, our brushes are not cut to shape but are hand-tied so only the softest part of the hair touches your skin. This is an expensive process that maintains the tapered ends of each hair by hand molding the bristles to the shape required. The result is a much softer and more efficient tool. No animals are killed to make our brushes. The hair is a secondary item generally obtained from combing or brushing. The hair then undergoes several chemical-cleansing processes so that it is sterile enough to be used on the skin.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips:

Wash your make-up brushes in mild soap or shampoo and water
Put a drop of soap in the palm of your hand and run luke warm water and work the brush head in the suds
Do not press the brush head into your hand but gently wash the brush head on each flat side until clean
Press the brush head flat in a clean towel or wash cloth to regain the flat original brush shape
Lay the brush flat on a surface where the brush can air out over a counter, do not dry the brush standing up, as it will fan out over time
If your brush gets a little dry or brittle, you can use a little hair conditioner to moisturize
Do not leave brushes soaking in water

I absolutely love this all purpose brush. I bought this a few months ago after finally making the decision to throw out my old synthetic brushes and invest in some good quality brushes and I'm glad I did. The brush feels so soft on the skin (especially after a good cleaning) and it applies makeup beautifully. I use it mainly to apply my losse powder, but it would work just as well with a pressed powder, blush or bronzer. All in all, it is my favourite brush and well worth the investment. I would recommend it to anyone out there. You won't be disappointed!

I like to brush because i use it for muilti purpose when i'm traveling trying to keep my packing minimal. its also very easy to clean with any brush cleanser and warm water.

Review: Great for loose and pressed minerals

I used this brush with Pressed and Loose Minerals and it works great. It picks up product well and spreads it evenly over face. It is good for strokes and buffering product in. Also, I have washed it and it dries quick. The handle is short and sturdy making it easy to apply makeup and fit into makeup bag. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is that it doesn't get into creases as well as I'd like because it is a medium-large flat brush. Definetly should be used with another smaller brush or may have to use fingers in nose creases.
