Application: With our Tigi Bed Head Concealer Pencil, Cleanse and dry the skin to make sure the product is effective. Apply the pencil directly over the blemish, and conceal it. Reapply as often as desired. Wear under make-up or alone to achieve the look of the skin you’ve always wanted.
