• 1. Remove any old polish on your nails by using cotton balls saturated with polish remover.
• 2. Use an emery board to shape your nails.
• 3. Soak your nails in warm, soapy water to soften your cuticles.
• 4. Gently push and trim your cuticles.
• 5. Wash your hands with soap and water.
• 6. Apply lotion and rub it in.
• 7. Wipe nails once more with polish remover to eliminate residual lotion.
• 8. Apply a base coat. Let dry.
• 9. Apply a thin coat of polish. Allow it to dry.
• 10. Apply a second thin coat of polish. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
• 11. If desired, apply a layer of top coat.
