I use this treatment once a week. This give a great conditionning without being heavy. It feels like a facial for your hair! When hair is hard to manage, this puts things right and makes you love your haircut again. For really dammaged hair , i think the Joico Deep penetrating reconsturctor would work better. This one feels lighter than the reconstructor, more like a really, really good conditionner.
