this gives 110% protection. It really does what its made to do. i use it when i need to put any type of heat to my hair blow drying straightening or ironing. but dont spray too much at once use what you need it gets a little oily if too much is used.

The best thermal protection spray I've tried! You can spray it on directly before flat ironing or curling. It leaves my hair sleek, soft and shiny. It is a bit heavy and can feel greasy if you use too much or if you have naturally oily hair but it's PERFECT for dry, damaged, or chemically-treated hair!
