Q: How can I track my order?
Answer: Spa Boutique has an Order Status Manager online where you can view details of your past orders and check your current order status online! All orders are shipped via Canada Post and we supply a tracking number.

Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery dates?
Answer: Shipping costs (as well as FREE shipping minimums) and delivery times vary depending on where your destination is. You also have 2 choices of delivery (Expidited and Xpresspost)

Q: I forgot my username and password, what should I do?
Answer: If you remember what your user name is and have forgotten your password, our system can send an automatic email to you with your password. Go to the login screen, simply enter your username and select the check box "please email me my password" and select the button underneath---you should receive an email shortly after. If you've forgotten both your password and username, you can either open a new account (email customer service to merge your loyalty points from the last account if you have them) or you can email customer service and ask them to email both your username and password. Those will be sent in two separate emails during the next business day.
Q: How do I find a specific brand or product online? 
Answer:You can either use our search function under the top banner to the left or select the navigation button on the left that says "Shop by Brand Name". There are also specific category buttons to make your browsing even easier!


Important for Phytomer and Guinot products: access is for our logged in members only. Enjoy full access as a Spa Boutique member. Please log-in or create and account, you will receive access right away-no waiting for a confirmation email! Once logged in you will be able to view all the products within the sub-categories. Q: Do you accept phone orders?
Answer: Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? No worries! We accept orders over the telephone simply by calling 1-877-224-4315.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchange an item? 
Answer: We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item once the damaged item is returned to us. We will also cover the cost of shipping the damaged item(s) back when the items are send via air or regular mail. Need to return a product? Q: If I say yes to your newsletter, what does that entail? Do you protect my privacy?
Answer: You will receive information about exclusive promotions, product highlights, beauty tips and techniques through our monthly e-newsletter. We know you're busy and we will never send more that one monthly newsletter (and maybe a second one for a fun loyalty points promotion or a great seasonal promotion). Q: Is your site secure?
Answer: Your security is our number one priority - no credit card information is stored on-line with Spa Boutique's skin care & cosmetic ecommerce store EVER.
Q: Are you a wholesaler? Do you know how I can get a hold of a distributor for one of your brands in my area?
Answer: Unfortunately we are not a wholesaler. What we are is a beauty retail site and are only an authorized retailer of the brands that we represent. We do not distribute or wholesale any of our products. If you would like to find a rep in your area, please check the individual brands website for information, or a beauty supply distributor in your area. They should be able to point you in the right direction!
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
Answer: If an item is out-of-stock, backordered or discontinued a Customer Service representative will be in contact with you via email to let you know the approximate wait time for your item.
Q: What is "processing time" and why is my order not always sent out right away?
Answer: We need the processing time to get your order together and packaged. Sometimes items have sold out at our warehouse and are on their way to us. We do make it our priority to get your order shipped as soon as possible. That is why we promise 5-9 business day delivery. We always strive to have the parcel delivered in the quickest time frame possible!
