Forgot what you ordered last?

View details of your past orders and check your current order status online!


Note: You will have to be logged into your account to view past orders. Any orders that were placed without a login will NOT be captured. We recommend that you log in when placing orders.
Spa Boutique ships all orders via Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca). You can trace it trace it online after you have logged into Spa Boutique and find out the tracking number.
Below are "how to" instructions and screen shots to log in & review your past orders

Remember: You must have your personal LOG-IN and Password to review past orders.
HOW TO LOG IN & REVIEW YOUR PAST ORDERS

1. Select the "account/ login" button
2. Type in your username and password that you have set up previously
3. You will then have a page that lists all your orders with the status (Pending or Shipped) as well as Canada Posts tracking number (click on the hilited tracking number and you will jump over to Canada Posts site to trace your order status online!). Also look further into the individual orders by selecting the Order # link on the left hand side of each row (see next screen shot).
4. The final screen is the individual order with all your products ordered. You can also close out and go back to your main order status page to view other orders!
