I just wanted to let you know that I received my order - I picked it up yesterday. I am using the Dermalogica sunscreen and I love it. It doesn't have that white-ish hue when I apply and is a nice lightweight texture - great for my oily skin (esp. in summer).

The no charge shipping and new customer discount is a nice bonus. I found it harder lately to find Dr. Haushka products in the stores, and had tried another e-store but they had no discount and it took almost three weeks to get the product. I live in the boonies of northern Vancouver Island, so there is not much makup selection, particularly higher quality items. When I discovered Spa Boutique online, I was so pleased. I had been using American sites with the high shipping prices, plus duty. Now, I shop frequently on this site. If I have a problem or a question, I get a quick response. If I want advice about the best products for my face, I get a quick response! The experience is as close to being in the store as can be. I think that you provide a nice variety of difficult to find brands/products at reasonable prices and you have people who are knowledgeable about the products you carry and who understand about skincare/esthetics and can provide expert advice. Many online stores may offer the product but not the expertise and knowledge base that you do.

Just wanted to say I just received my order and I am very pleased with the service. It was not only delivered on a timely basis, but was carefully and beautifully arranged and packed so as to arrive in perfect condition. A few little treats were added as well - some body lotion, an after shave balm - how thoughtful! I will definitely be placing more orders in the future. Thus far I've done nothing but rave about all the products I've ordered. I love them all !!!!!!! The Moors Mud I've tried is so relaxing. The Chocolat is just like a hot cup of Cocoa. Who knew bath time could be so delicious! The Principessa body wash smells like heaven! I am very satisfied with the Opi products I also purchased. The colour I received with my Pedi Pack is very Cheeky! Also, thanks for the samples! It's fun to find the goodies!!!!I'm sure you'll hear from me again.

In my last order there had been some samples of Guinot creme, which I now am obsessed with!! I just placed another order because of that sample, I HAD to purchase the full size. I've been trying all different types of moisturizers for years, and I just love this one. What a brilliant idea of putting free samples in :)

On another note - the customer service at Spa Boutique is like no other. Every time I place an order I am always happy with what I chose, as well as the samples given....it could not be any better!!
