Directions for Products Mud Bath: For one full bath empty the 100 ml bottle into a tub full of lukewarm water (36-38 C). Bathe for 20 - 25 minutes. After bathing wrap yourself in a towel or bath robe and rest for one hour. You may experience drowsiness and sweating for up to an hour after your bath, this is your body continuing to detox. Repeat daily until symptoms are reduces or when desired comfort level is reached bath twice a week to maintain results. The Mud bath rinses out very easily and can be used in whirlpool baths and therapeutic baths. Health Body bar: Lather all over wet face and body. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a moisturizer. For optimal results after lathering body with the health body bar, massage skin with scorpion brush in circular motions for a few minutes, then rinse. This helps to break up cellulite and fatty deposits. Natural Mask: Apply Natural mask with a facial mask brush or fingers in an even layer on clean skin starting at the chin and then on the remaining area of the face and neck.
